TAMPA BAY, Fla. – The Tampa Bay Lightning, NHL parent club of the Norfolk Admirals, have reassigned goaltender Jaroslav Janus and forward Alex Hutchings from Norfolk to the ECHL's Florida Everblades, Admirals General Manager Julien BriseBois announced today.

Janus, a 6-foot-1, 189-pound goaltender from Presov, Slovakia, has not appeared in a game for the Admirals this season. The 21-year-old served as the backup goaltender in two of Norfolk's first three games to begin the 2010-11 season.

Tampa Bay drafted Janus in the sixth round (162nd overall) of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.

Hutchings, a 5-foot-10, 173-pound left wing from Burlington, Ontario, has appeared in one game with the Admirals this season and is scoreless with a +1 rating and two shots on goal. The 19-year-old made his professional debut on October 9 at Binghamton.

Hutchings played in 68 games with the Barrie Colts of the Ontario Hockey League last season, recording 47 goals and 81 points. He ranked second on the Colts in goals and points. Hutchings was tied for fourth in the OHL for goals in 2009-10. His plus-44 rating was also third on the team. Hutchings played in 13 playoff games with Barrie last season, notching two goals and 10 points.
