NORFOLK, VA – The Norfolk Admirals picked up a pair of home wins this past weekend against the Bridgeport Sound Tigers. Norfolk won Friday's game by a 3-1 count. On Saturday, Devante Smith-Pelly scored with 46 seconds remaining in regulation to force overtime and the eventual shootout. The Admirals received shootout goals from Jesse Blacker and Max Friberg to secure the 3-2 shootout win en route to their third straight home game in front of the largest crowd of the season of 6,050.
Norfolk is back on the road this weekend for a three games in three days slate against Portland, Worcester, and Springfield.
