Our mission is to provide you with the best entertainment experience possible. Our policies aim to create a safe and secure environment for everyone so every game is an enjoyable one.

Please be advised that during the game, there will be moments of flashing lights, loud sounds, and other sensory effects. We recommend that guests who are sensitive to these elements take appropriate precautions. Fans are reminded to be alert at all times for hockey pucks, hockey sticks and other flying objects that may leave the rink.

All Admirals Home Games will begin at 7:05pm, with the exception of Sundays. Sunday Home Games will begin at 3:05pm.

Doors for games open one hour before puck drop. Season Ticket holders may access the venue 90 minutes prior to puck drop through the Season Ticket Holder Entrance.

PARKING

There are more than 3,500 parking spaces available to patrons of Scope Arena and Chrysler Hall. However, during large or multiple events, the Scope Garage fills quickly, so arriving at least an hour early is recommended. Parking can be paid for by cash or credit card.

**Entry to the MacArthur Center North Garage after 6 p.m. is $2.00. Prior to 6 p.m., the special event rate is $10.00 for entry.

Accessible parking in the Scope Garage is available on a first-come, first-served basis. When the garage is full, cars will be directed to the Bank Street garage after dropping off patrons with disabilities.

HRT / The Tide

Scope is also easily accessible via The Tide light rail. The Monticello Station, servicing Scope Arena, is located in the center of Monticello Avenue near Charlotte Street and Freemason Street in front of the Wells Fargo Center.

ACCESSABILITY

SECURITY

Entering this facility constitutes consent to metal detector screening, visual and/or physical inspection of person and belongings. Failure to consent or submit to an inspection will result in denial of entry. Scope Arena security personnel will review all unique circumstances on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to deny access of items based on specific event requirements/requests and overall building policies.

Fans are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior to the nearest security personnel or Admirals staff member. Grounds for dismissal include but are not limited to:

Intoxication, occupying a seat for which you do not possess a ticket, obscene behavior, offensive language or attire, inappropriate public displays of affection, unauthorized vending, peddling promotional items and product sampling.

BAG POLICY

For quickest entry into Scope Arena, we strongly recommend that you do not bring a bag on game day. If a bag is necessary, the bag (including all Diaper Bags) must meet the following criteria in order to enter Scope Arena:

  • Each patron is permitted to bring one approved bag into the venue. All approved bags are subject to search prior to entry. It is recommended all bags be clear to help the security screening process.

Approved Bags:

  • Clear plastic/vinyl bags including purses, backpacks and drawstring bags that do not exceed 16" x 8" x 16". Logos must be limited to one side of the bag and should not exceed 4.5" x 3.4".
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (i.e. Ziploc or similar)
  • Small clutch bags or wallets, with or without handle/strap, no larger than 5" x  7" (does not need to be clear)
  • Medically necessary bags/equipment and diaper bags (do not need to be clear/contents subject to inspection prior to entry)
  • Binoculars cases (binoculars must be compact/pocket sized and no larger than 6"x 6" when extended)
  • Camera cases (camera lens cannot exceed 6")

Prohibited Bags:

  • Any unapproved bag larger than 4.5" x 6.5"
  • Printed pattern plastic bags
  • Fanny packs (clear and within size restriction permitted)

Prohibited Items:

  • Glass or metal bottles, cans or thermoses (refillable plastic bottles permitted)
  • Cameras with 6" lens or more (media with credentials permitted)
  • Video/audio recording devices
  • Animals (service animals permitted)
  • Illegal drugs or harmful chemicals.
  • Inflated balls, including beach balls or any missile or object that can be used as a projectile.
  • Interference with the progress of the event (including throwing objects).
  • Knives of any length
  • Laptops
  • Laser Pointers
  • Masks related to health provisions are permitted; Other masks that cover or conceal identity are not permitted
  • Outside food and beverages
  • Tripods, monopods, and Selfie-Sticks.
  • Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons, and firearms. **and/or any other item or action deemed dangerous, unnecessary, inappropriate or suspicious in nature, by any Scope Arena team member.**

Smoking:

Scope Arena is a non-smoking and non-vaping space, including the use of e-cigarettes. The use of any tobacco-based products, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers inside of Scope Arena, is strictly prohibited. Smoking areas are available and accessible from the main concourse at Gate 3 and Gate 7.

1. How can I purchase tickets for the game?

Tickets can be purchased through several methods:

  • Online: Visit our official website and navigate to the "Tickets" section. You can choose your desired game and seating options and complete your purchase.
  • Box Office: Visit our arena’s box office during the week, Monday through Friday form 10-4, or on game days beginning at 10am.

2. How do I use digital tickets?

Digital tickets are electronic tickets that you can access and manage through your smartphone.

  • Accessing: After purchasing, you’ll receive an email with a link to your digital ticket. You can also find your tickets in your account on our website or app.
  • Using: On game day, open your digital ticket on your smartphone and present it at the gate for scanning. Ensure your screen brightness is high for easy scanning.

3. Does my Toddler need a ticket to get it?

  • Generally, kids 2 and under will not need a ticket for entry. If you desire for your child to have their own seat, they will need their own ticket

6. What time should I arrive at the arena?

  • We recommend arriving at least 30-60 minutes before the game starts.
  • Early Arrival allows time for parking, security checks, and finding your seat.

7. What amenities are available inside the arena?

  • Inside the arena, you can find:

  • Team Merchandise: The Admirals Fan Shop is located on the main concourse outside Gate 14.
  • Restrooms: Restroom facilities are located throughout the arena.
  • First Aid: Medical stations and personnel are available for emergencies.

8. Can I bring my own food or drinks into the arena?

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

  • If you lose an item: During intermission or after the event, please alert an usher if you have lost an item. If you are no longer at the venue, please call the receptionist at 757.664.6464 during business hours to check lost and found.
