Lyytinen Assigned to Norfolk

NORFOLK, VA. – The Norfolk Admirals, ECHL affiliate of the Nashville Predators, announced on Thursday that defenseman Joonas Lyytinen has been assigned to Norfolk.

The Finnish born defenseman played 56 games with KalPa of the Finnish League recording 24 points (8g, 16a). Lyytinen ranked eighth among all defensemen in goals scored. Nashville’s fifth-round draft pick in 2014, Lyytinen will make his North American debut when he takes the ice with the Admirals.

The Admirals face off with the Colorado Eagles Friday and Saturday night before returning home Oct. 27 and 28.
