NORFOLK, VA- The Norfolk Admirals announced today that the team has acquired forward Keegan McMullen from the Orlando Solar Bears for future considerations.
The Cambridge, ON, native signed with the Solar Bears late in the 2025-26 season after playing four seasons at the University of Windsor. There, he played in 105 games and tallied 45 goals and 35 assists for 80 points. McCullen played nine games with Orlando that same season, scoring three goals and two assists for five points.
The former Lancer has appeared in two games for the Solar Bears this season with no points.
Before college, McCullen played in the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League for the Timmins Rock in 2018-19, scoring 15 goals and 16 assists for 31 points. He then moved up to the Ontario Hockey League and had two separate stints with the Peterborough Petes and Soo Greyhounds from 2019 to 2022. In those three seasons, he combined for 11 goals and 21 assists for 32 points in 106 games.
