Defenseman Lyytinen Reassigned to Norfolk

NORFOLK, VA. – The Norfolk Admirals, ECHL affiliate of the Nashville Predators, announced defenseman Joonas Lyytinen has been assigned to Norfolk from Milwaukee.

Lyytinen, 22, rejoins Norfolk after appearing in two games with the club earlier in the season. The 6’0”, 173lb defenseman scored his lone goal of the season in his North American debut on October 20 in Colorado. Since being recalled to Milwaukee, the defenseman has skated in three games recording two penalty minutes. The Finish born defenseman was selected by Nashville in the fifth-round (132nd overall) of the 2014 NHL Draft.

The Admirals kick off a three-game week tomorrow night taking on the Adirondack Thunder for the first of six meetings between the teams this season.
